We decided to head. Valleyfair today since the season is almost over and it was a great day to be outside. Shortly after we got there, the Johnson crew found us at the Monster! After a couple trick or treat stops and a ride on Lucy's Tugboat, it was time for the Halloween Charlie Brown show.
Next up was the balloons -- Lyla's favorite and a first for Josie (they make Burt and April sick).
Amir and Sophia waited patiently.
All three girls got to go on the airplanes. Too bad there aren't three seats to a plane.
Last up was the kid roller coaster. I waited with Amir while the rest of the fam rode the rails. After this, Masud took Josie on the Wild Thing while the rest of us got some cold water and relaxed in the shade.
It's so much fun to have cousin time! April and I agreed that time's gone too fast since the big girls were the little ones. Some day I suppose they'll be running around by themselves!
After we parted ways our family saw a stage show and finished trick or treating, then went shopping at three different stores. If only we could get Carl Buddig, soy formula, and baby food at Aldi! Then it was home for family night. Lyla worked on her latest rocket ship (she has decided she wants to be an engineer like Aviva on Wild Kratts) and Amir smiled and bounced away in the jumpy. The day was fast, but also fun!
Yeah! We made the blog! Loved hanging out with you guys! Can't wait for the girls to run around the mall without us! It won't be long now!
