Today was our last day of vacation and we took it slow. We opted for Lost River Cave instead of the dinosaur park and were a little disappointed that the water was too high to actually do the underground boat part of the tour. The guide was nice and we still learned a lot about blue holes and some interesting history of the area.
after the tour we went back to Chaney's for ice cream and then out for lunch at Lost River Pizza. The food was good, but Amir was pretty restless. Just as Masud suggested we take it to go, the pizza finally came along with a high chair (the boozer we asked for originally wasn't keeping him in).
After lunch we came back to the hotel for an easy afternoon of swimming, napping, and packing. Amir was completely wiped out from the day's activities and Lyla needed a break too after walking on her tiptoes for a long time in the big pool (48 inches deep and she is barely 44 inches tall).
We've had a great time here in Kentucky! I think we will definitely come back to Bowling Green.
