High Five!

Today started out badly. Lyla was up all night vomimtting so I had to cancel my plan to go to the Chad Greenway Tendher Heart Luncheon with Andrea. I was really disappointed and kind of lost it. The one time I set aside time to do something cool just for me ... Ugh.

But then Lyla started to feel better, and Amir learned to give high fives, and my day was instantly better. He slapped my hand over and over again and gave an adorable giggle each time. My little man! 

He also said ball, kitty, pup, mom, Lyla, grandpa, all done, done, and baba with real intention today. Such a smart boy. Don't grow up too fast!
