Thanks to everyone who made our Christmas week so awesome! I got to help out at Lyla's school party and yummy treats from Faye are always the best day before vacation! We had a wonderful time Christmas Eve at Ryan and Emily's house. Emily made some straight up awesome bolognese and Alfredo. We brought stuff for homemade Italian sodas, and mom and dad brought yummy Hershey pudding. Once again the kids were blessed by our extended blog family. Thank you Becky, Mike and Camelia, and Carrie and Jeff for the thoughtful gifts!
After opening gifts we had a sing along with Ryan on the guitar. It was a fun, close evening and just what i was hoping for. We definitely have so much to be grateful for, not the least of which are our amazing family and friends.
