Winter Fun!

After a full morning of snow, we weren't sure the roads would be clear enough to attend the hem/onc party at the Mall of America. Lyla was disappointed so we made cookies and played outside in the snow to take our mind off things. It was the perfect snow day; not too cold and lots of wet, sticky snow.

After we came in, the traffic report was looking better and I decided to brave it. I'm SO glad we did because as soon as we got out of the neighborhood the road were wet but just fine. We got to the MOA in short order and met up with Ryan and Emily just as the Merry Go Round was about to start. We had a great night even though Lyla got scared on the ghost blaster, Emily lost her headband on the rock bottom plunge and Emily got soaked on the log chute!
