Tonight was passholder preview at Soak City waterpark in Valleyfair. We got free sunglasses! And the the kids got wet even though we didn't bring suits. Good thing Amir can still get away with wearing just a diaper!
They played in the wave pool shallows for a few minutes. They requires that kids wear life jackets under a certain height. As I strapped Amir into his he said, "Life jackets! So we can be safe!" Thanks Dora and Diego!
Next up was the splash pad. Amir got hit by the dump bucket right away, so there was no going back from there.

Yet another dump. Notice Amir running away and that Lyla learned how to stand just out of reach.
So that's that! We didn't use the water park at all last year, but now that the kids know it's there, I'm thinking they'll want to go all the time.
