Today we had birthday fun at the zoo. It was -15 degrees outside, but nice and toasty inside. Amir liked watching the penguins and ooh'ed and ahh'd at the bird show. He also loves the aquariums.
He does everything his sister does. This morning they built a crash mat in the living room and were jumping off the footstool one after the other. They sing together, play together, and also get in fights.
They also hold hands, which is adorable. Amir will say, "Hold hands?" How could I say no?! He is learning lots of new words and singing twinkle twinkle and the abc's. He is also learning colors and regularly using three words together. He also likes to walk down stairs.
We love love love our little man!
He is curious and crazy and he keeps us on our toes. Blaze a trail, little man!
Not sure what face Lyla is making, but she had a great time too. There was a duck that was diving and swimming under water that was very cool to watch. She's excited to test for her orange belt next week and for her upcoming birthday. Nothing better than fun family time!
